As part of the Follow the Herring Project, the play “Get up and tie your fingers”by Ann Coburn is touring venues down the coast from Musselburgh to Hastings. Built around the Eyemouth fishing disaster of  14 October 1881 in which 189 men died, the story is one of grief and loss, but also of  courage and survival. Catch it if you can.
